Technical Procurement & Support Services

Technical Procurement & Project Support

Fittings and fasteners are specified by a combination of material grade, size, dimensional standard and service conditions. Connection type and pipe schedule are important for fittings, while bolting may additionally require thread size, length, grade and matching nut specification.

Our team can assist with:

  • Butt-Weld, Socket-Weld & Threaded Fittings
  • Branch Outlet Fittings
  • Stud Bolts, Bolts, Nuts & Threaded Rod
  • Carbon, Alloy & Stainless Steel Materials
  • Duplex, Super Duplex & Specialist Alloys
  • Material Grade Identification
  • Specification & Cross-Reference Review
  • Project, Maintenance & Shutdown Procurement
  • Certification, Inspection & Testing Coordination
  • Export Packing & Worldwide Logistics

For larger piping packages, fittings and fasteners can be coordinated with pipes, tubes, flanges and valves, allowing related materials to be consolidated within one procurement package.

Documentation & Certification

Documentation can be provided according to the product, material specification and project requirements.

This may include material test certificates, traceability records, inspection reports, dimensional documentation and applicable testing records.

Any requirements for third-party inspection, material traceability, sour-service compliance, coating or other project-specific documentation should be advised at RFQ stage.
