Pipe flanges and specialist materials for offshore, oil & gas, petrochemical, marine, power generation and industrial applications worldwide.
Norsk Offshore provides a comprehensive range of industrial pipe flanges for process piping, pipelines, utilities and mechanical systems operating in demanding environments.
Our portfolio covers standard and specialist configurations in carbon steel, low-temperature carbon steel, alloy steel, stainless steel, duplex, super duplex and other corrosion-resistant materials.
Products can be sourced to recognised international standards in a broad range of nominal sizes, pressure classes and facing arrangements. We assist with individual replacement items as well as complete piping packages for new projects, maintenance programmes, plant shutdowns and system modifications.
Certification, inspection and testing, protective treatment, export packing and international logistics can also be coordinated where required.
Flanges provide removable connections between pipework, valves, pumps, pressure equipment and other piping components, allowing systems to be assembled, inspected and maintained efficiently.
Our range includes:
Selection is based on the piping design, service conditions, pressure and temperature, material compatibility, connection method and governing standard.

Flange size, pressure class, facing, material grade and dimensional standard should be specified at RFQ stage. Where required, our team can assist with specification review and product identification.
Flange selection is normally defined by type, nominal size, material grade, pressure class, facing and dimensional standard. Accurate technical information at RFQ stage helps us identify the correct product and avoid unnecessary clarification during procurement.
Our team can assist with:
For larger piping packages, flanges can be coordinated with pipes, tubes, fittings, fasteners and valves, allowing customers to consolidate related materials within a single procurement package.
Documentation can be provided according to the manufacturer, material specification and project requirements.
This may include material test certificates, traceability records, inspection reports, dimensional documentation and applicable testing records.
Any requirements for third-party inspection, specific certification or project documentation should be advised at RFQ stage so they can be incorporated into the quotation.
